Meet Sevan Sona Balayan, your vibrant Lagree instructor with a passion for performance and personal growth. Fluent in Armenian and English, Sevan brings her background as a singer and performer to her teaching style. Inspired by her mentor Helen Jenkins, Sevan discovered the transformative power of Lagree, focusing on body awareness and muscle control in her classes. Her teaching style is dynamic yet attentive, adjusting to each student's pace while encouraging them to push their boundaries. With a love for diverse music genres, from EDC mixes to throwback RnB jams, Sevan keeps the energy high in every session. Outside the studio, she indulges in food, travel, philosophy, and architecture, finding relaxation in salt baths, good meals, and a touch of humor. Meet Eva Korolova, affectionately known as just Eva, your seasoned Lagree instructor fluent in English and diving into Russian. With an impressive nine years of Lagree teaching experience, Eva's journey began with a love-at-first-class encounter, shaping her dynamic teaching style that balances a hint of militancy with a soft touch. She brings global vibes to her classes with pop/hip hop beats from diverse cultures, creating an energizing atmosphere. Beyond fitness, Eva's passion for theatre shines through her BFA background, although she restrains from playing show tunes in class to avoid any musical revolt! When not sculpting bodies and minds, Eva finds solace in a well-deserved nap and a cup of coffee. As the in-house Master Trainer at Body by Lagree, Eva's expertise and certifications in the Lagree method add depth to her classes, making her a guiding force in the Lagree community. Meet Francesca Rock, your versatile Lagree instructor fluent in English and Italian. With over 15 years of experience teaching Pilates across all apparatuses, Francesca transitioned to Lagree in 2023 and found a new love in its transformative strength and meditative qualities. Her teaching style is characterized by athleticism, challenge, and a touch of fun, creating dynamic and engaging classes. When not sculpting bodies and minds, Francesca enjoys traveling, immersing herself in nature walks, and researching the wellness and anti-aging industry. A coffee enthusiast, Francesca finds solace in a cup of coffee, her essential daily companion. A fun fact about Francesca is her past experience in skydiving, where she met her husband, who was her skydive instructor, leading them both to retire from the sport. Meet Haylee, also known as Durbin (or any creative nickname you can think of). With a background as diverse as her nicknames, including professional dancing, marketing management, bartending, and more, Haylee brings a wealth of experience to our Lagree studio. Teaching Lagree for almost a decade, her journey began as a dancer and fitness enthusiast, instantly falling in love with Lagree's transformative workout. Her teaching style is a blend of fun, challenge, encouragement, and authenticity, ensuring every student feels seen and motivated. As the self-proclaimed DJ Durbin, she curates playlists ranging from hip hop to international hits, creating an immersive experience on the MegaPro.  Outside the studio, Haylee enjoys designing hats, beach days, dog cuddles, culinary adventures, and dancing, of course. Her ideal relaxation involves a cozy blanket, a good show, and a glass of red wine. When it comes to drinks, she's all about coffee, Yerba Mate for caffeine, and occasional indulgences like wine or a margarita. Haylee is not just about leading a fun class but also about educating and empowering her students, pushing them with love and care to achieve their best. Meet Jessica Tanwar, your dedicated Lagree instructor with a passion for transformation and wellness. With one year of experience teaching Lagree and over four years of personal practice, Jessica's journey into Lagree was driven by the method's unmatched results and body-transforming capabilities. Her teaching style is characterized by calmness, articulation, and a focus on form to ensure clients get the most effective workout. EDM sets the tone for her classes, adding energy and motivation. Beyond fitness, Jessica loves to travel, explore new cuisines, and immerse herself in different cultures. Her ideal way to unwind after a busy day includes a soothing skincare routine and a cup of tea, with a preference for Matcha Lattes or London Fogs. Meet Arleen Ohanian, also known as Arleen in the Lagree world. Fluent in English, Armenian, and Arabic, Arleen brings a vibrant energy to our studio. While she just recently became a certified Lagree instructor, her journey with Lagree spans over 3-4 years, adding depth to her expertise. What inspired her to become an instructor? Arleen was captivated by Lagree's transformative effects, experiencing a significant improvement in both her mental and physical well-being within just 45 minutes—a feeling she's eager to share with others. Her teaching style is characterized by energetic encouragement and a strong focus on form and alignment, complemented by a mix of pop and hip hop remixes in class. Beyond fitness, Arleen enjoys exploring new coffee shops, meeting dogs on walks, and indulging in her favorite TV shows like "Young Sheldon." She's also passionate about mental health and is on the path to becoming a marriage & family therapist. After a busy day, Arleen unwinds by treating herself to sushi and a cozy movie night, accompanied by her favorite drinks—an iced americano or an iced matcha latte.

Meet Allie Makenzie Walker, or simply Allie, your energetic Lagree trainer. With over two years of experience as a personal trainer and over six months specializing in Lagree, Allie's journey into Lagree began with love at first class, inspired by a client who introduced her to the method. Her teaching style is characterized by control and intensity, pushing clients to their limits with challenging moves. Allie's classes are accompanied by rap/EDM mixes, adding to the energetic atmosphere. Outside of fitness, Allie enjoys exploring new food and restaurants, spending time with loved ones, and indulging in her passion for fashion. After a busy day, she unwinds with a good meal, reality TV, and her favorite drink, a vanilla iced oatmilk latte. Eleen Khachatoorian, or simply Eleen, is a dynamic addition to our Lagree studio. With a background in marketing and a knack for social media management, Eleen brings creativity and expertise to her role. Despite being a new Lagree instructor, she has immersed herself in the method for over two years, mastering its nuances and delivering effective workouts. What inspired Eleen to step into this role was her transformative journey with Lagree, starting in early 2022. Her teaching style is poised to be high-energy, matching her vibrant personality. When not at the studio, Eleen enjoys quality time with her dog, indulging in some retail therapy, and unwinding with coffee and her favorite shows. She's thrilled to be part of our empowering community and can't wait to share her passion for wellness with everyone!

Meet Claudia Canales, your dynamic Lagree instructor fluent in both English and Spanish. With experience teaching Lagree since January 2023, Claudia's journey into Lagree began with love at first sight after her first class. Inspired by the method's ability to slow down and promote presence, Claudia's teaching style is motivational, keeping clients engaged and motivated throughout their workouts. She brings the energy with her favorite music genre, reggaeton, creating an upbeat and lively atmosphere in class. Outside of fitness, Claudia enjoys reading books, attending concerts, and embracing the role of a full-time soccer mom. Her favorite way to unwind after a busy day is with a candle-lit room and a good book in hand, accompanied by her favorite drink, coffee.
