Is there parking available?There is plenty of street parking available, no parking structure. First and second Monday of each month, parking is restricted before 12 PM due to city sweep.

What are your COVID-19 safety protocols?We follow all local health guidelines, including enhanced cleaning procedures, social distancing, and limited class sizes. Masks are optional for fully vaccinated individuals.

Do I need to inform my instructor about any injuries or medical conditions?Yes, please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or special needs before class so they can provide appropriate modifications.

What is Lagree Fitness?Lagree Fitness is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, and balance training into one efficient workout.

How is Lagree different from Pilates?While Lagree and Pilates share some similarities, Lagree focuses on constant tension and slow, controlled movements to engage muscles more deeply and effectively. It utilizes specialized equipment called the Megaformer.

What should I expect during my first Lagree class?Expect a challenging but rewarding workout. Your instructor will guide you through each exercise on the Megaformer, focusing on form and control. Classes typically last 45-50 minutes.

Do I need to be in shape to start Lagree?No, Lagree is suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications can be made for beginners, and the workout can be intensified for advanced practitioners.

How do I book a class?You can book a class through our website or mobile app coming soon. Simply create an account, choose your preferred class time, and complete your booking.

What is the cancellation policy?We require a 12-hour notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

How many classes should I take per week?For optimal results, we recommend attending 3-4 classes per week. However, listen to your body and adjust as needed.

What should I bring to class?Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes and grip socks (required for safety). Bring a water bottle and a towel.

What is the punctuality policy?Clients are required to arrive 10-15 minutes before class. There is a strict 5-minute grace period, after which doors will be locked. No exceptions. (Door opens 15 minutes before class, locked prior to that) Clients new to Lagree MUST arrive at least 10 minutes before class. The 5-minute grace period DOES NOT apply to new clients, and lateness will not be accepted. No exceptions. Instructor is in session once class starts. Please respect our studio’s rules and guidelines.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?Yes, you can freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months per year. To cancel, please contact our front desk with 30 days' notice.
