How is Lagree different from Pilates?While Lagree and Pilates share some similarities, Lagree focuses on constant tension and slow, controlled movements to engage muscles more deeply and effectively. It utilizes specialized equipment called the Megaformer.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

How many classes should I take per week?For optimal results, we recommend attending 3-4 classes per week. However, listen to your body and adjust as needed.

What should I bring to class?Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes and grip socks (required for safety). Bring a water bottle and a towel.
