Punctuality Policy

To ensure the best experience for all clients and maintain the flow of our classes, we have a strict punctuality policy that all clients must adhere to.

  • Arrival Time: Clients are required to arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins. This allows time for check-in, set-up, and any necessary preparations before class starts.

  • Grace Period: We offer a strict 5-minute grace period after the start of class, during which late arrivals will be accepted. After this time, doors will be locked, and no latecomers will be allowed to enter the studio and will count as a no-show. No exceptions. This ensures minimal disruption to the class and maintains a focused environment for those who arrived on time.

  • New Clients: For clients who are new to the Lagree method, it is mandatory to arrive at least 10 minutes before class to allow for a proper introduction. The 5-minute grace period does NOT apply to new clients. If you are late, you will not be allowed to take the class and will count as a no-show. This is crucial to ensure you receive the necessary guidance for your first experience.

  • Once Class Starts: Once class begins, the instructor is in session, and late entry is not permitted. Please ensure you are ready and in the studio on time.

  • Studio Access: The studio doors will open 15 minutes before class to allow ample time for all preparations. The doors will be locked before class and after the 5-minute grace period.

 

 

We kindly ask that you respect these policies and the time of both our instructors and other clients.

This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone in the studio.
